To migrate to Australia, I have to pass the OCM certificate, or get a MSCE certification.
Our customer has lots of SQL Server DB servers, while none of us learn the SQL Server deeply, so when we get a ticket or request, we have to find the answer through Google or Baidu first, then tell the customer. I have to say the feeling is very bad, and the risk is also high.
Based on the above two reasons, I'll learn SQL Server soon, and will pass the MSCE: SQL Server 2012 Data Platform certification. I choose this one because the cost is lower than OCM, and it will broaden my job scope.
